Born from NOMAD alumni in Barcelona, Three Marks runs a producer first, single origin program with light, exact roasting. Packaging is crisp and information forward with the producer easy to see, and the coffee bar translates the style with focused, tasting led service. Experimental lots appear but are handled with control so fruit stays clean rather than noisy.
Background
Founded in Barcelona in 2018 by Marc Aguyé, Marco De Rebotti, and Marco Paccagnella, Three Marks began as a small corner coffee bar and grew into a roastery with a clear, design mindful identity. The name nods to the founders themselves, two Marcos and one Marc, and the house purpose is simple, we roast and serve seasonal coffee with a smile. Before launching Three Marks, Aguyé and De Rebotti worked together at NOMAD Coffee in Barcelona, where De Rebotti roasted and Aguyé managed, while Paccagnella was a regular who later joined as co founder. Together they built a producer first, single origin program and a light, clarity driven roast style that now defines the brand across their coffee bars and wholesale partners.

Three Marks pours read clear and sweet with a calm line of acidity and neat finishes. Washed coffees are especially tidy, showing citrus, florals, and cane sweetness without stray roast; when they lean into experimental processing the cups still stay composed, fruit forward but not loud, and place remains easy to read. Bags are cleanly designed with the producer front and center and information arranged simply, so variety, process, harvest, and lot are easy to find at a glance. Across seasons the style holds its shape with quiet confidence.
