Founded in 2017 in Edinburgh by Sam and Alice Young, Obadiah grew out of Sam’s formative roasting years at Five Senses in Australia and set a course for seasonal, minimal, and clarity driven coffee. The roastery sits under the Abbeyhill arches and focuses on preserving a coffee’s natural character with a gentle, precise roast while keeping communication clean and transparent across labels and online.
