Artificer Coffee is a sun-filled corner coffee bar in Sydney’s Surry Hills, where large clear windows, wraparound bench seating, and pale wood panelling create a bright, quietly buzzing room around the counter. Their own coffees are served as espresso and clean filter, with a stand-up bar that keeps you close to the workflow and a small roaster presence in the back that makes the place feel like equal parts bar and working atelier.
